Hey Karen! Thanks for putting up your Bogert research. Lucas Bogert is my 5th ggf, and in fact my 3rd ggf is David Bogert’s younger brother John. He was also a boater/mariner & lived in Luzerne County, PA, with his wife Elizabeth. My guess is the brothers poled the rivers together sometimes.
