From The LeBlond Book by C.T. Courtney Lewis:

96. The Mill Stream – Towing the Prize. Le Blond, No. 80.
In a pool, below the old mill wheel, is a boy towing two toy boats, one of which is the prize. The capture seems to give great satisfaction to the other boys on the bank, who are cheering lustily; but the dog, by his barking, seems to indicate he does not at present understand it all. Mother, resting on the step, nursing her youngest, is a proud and interested spectator of the stirring deeds.

Size, width 6 ¾ inches. Length 5 ¼ inches. R. £2 10s.
The print is signed on the extreme bottom right.
