From The LeBlond Book by C.T. Courtney Lewis:

90. Blowing Bubbles. Le Blond, No. 74.
After a painting by F. Goodall. On the left, at the cottage door, are seated two women and a child—the former are sewing, the latter is nursing a kitten; beyond, are two boys on the dustbin—one is blowing bubbles, which the other four in the garden are essaying to catch. Through the fields, in the church, the village preacher would perhaps remind us that ‘the earth has bubbles as the eater hath.’ At one time this print was very rare; but many have come into the market, and it is said that some of them are not genuine.

Size, width 6 ¾ inches, 5 ¼ inches. C. £1 15s.
The print is signed on the bottom left centre.
