The Smith Place, has been well managed for long term timber production as well as wildlife. Given the location, whitetail deer genetics from the Mississippi delta and hill region can blend producing incredible deer. The mixed age class and diversity of the hardwood and pine timber creates an excellent timber investment portfolio, offering a wide range of management choices for production and wildlife. The property has no encumbrances which further allows investors to maximize the natural resources of this investment. The Smith Place at Abiaca Creek offers its owners year-round recreational opportunities with a firm backbone in timber production, annual income in a well-diversified property.”

Here’s the link to the video above, made by the real estate agent.
