About all they know is his name, and they believe he was from Buffalo, NY, although I have found a reference to one Joe Hurt who had an Akron address. They also have an old photograph of this Joseph Hurt and his father, apparently taken before he went overseas in WW II with the 6th Armored Division. Location may be Buffalo, NY, or possibly Akron, OH.<\/p>\n<p>I found no reference in your pages to this branch, but I was wondering if by any chance you are aware of any Hurts in the NY or Ohio area around WW II. If not, could you place this request on your queries page? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
