ca. 1914 (based on the age of Franklin Farquhar who was born April 1913. He appears to be about a year old here.)

RELATIONSHIPS:

This appears to be a family photo of David Walter Straub and wife Laura LaBarre [Straub]. They are seated front and center with their children around them. They are holding their grandchildren through their daughter Mabel. The boy seated on Laura's lap is my grandfather, Bruce.

David and Laura had four children: Mabel, Lee, Homer and Violet.

#'s 9 and 11 appear to be the same age as David and Laura (late 50's). Perhaps this could be David's brother Elmer (d. 1921) with his wife. # 18 looks very much like #9 so perhaps that could be one of Elmer's sons.
